This was a fun cake to do. It was ordered for a surprise birthday party for a big time University of Utah fan's 40th birthday.
The cake is a 4 layer, 10 inch Dark Chocolate Cake with 2 layers of French Vanilla Mousse and 1 layer of Chocolate Mousse. The cake is covered in Vanilla Butter cream with fondant decorating and on top of the cake we have a Sugar Cookie Lolly sporting the University of Utah Utes logo, a sugar cookie plaque with the birthday boys name, and fondant stars shooting up from behind.

I couldn't go to bed without a look at the cake! I love it. Poor Andrew won't have anything that cool for his birthday. Thank goodness he's happy with brownie's! This one really looked good.
