These were actually a paring from two separate cupcakes, the cake of one and the topping of another and it worked out amazing!! I made these as part of the goodies I sent out to Kentucky with my husband for my step sons 16th birthday. I can't believe he is 16!!, Crazy!!
These cupcakes are a Banana cupcake Iced with a Carmel frosting and then garnished with a Sweetened Banana Chip and some brown sanding sugar.
