Even St. Patrick's Day needs a cupcake so here's a fun one.The rainbow is a sugar cookie piped with the wonderful colors of the rainbow. The "Pot of Gold" is a black licorice "Crow" candy with gold butter cream dotted on top then dipped in gold sanding sugar. The cupcake was first coated with Vanilla Butter Cream tinted Green and topped with a few shamrock sprinkles. Then puffy white butter cream clouds were added for the rainbows to nestle in.
